Can I return a purchased product?
Yes, of course! You can return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. We accept a return if the product shows no signs of use, the packaging is intact and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is enclosed. Please include in the parcel:
- order number,
- first and last name,
- contact phone number,
- e‑mail address.
You can send your return to the InPost WAW47H parcel locker. Send the product yourself or contact us by e-mail: contact@sen-jewelry.test to receive a return label (it costs PLN 17, deducted from the refund).
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment, and the funds will be transferred using the same payment method used to pay for the order.
Note!
Products purchased in partner boutiques are not subject to returns through our official online store. Any complaints should be reported directly at the place of purchase.
Can I exchange a purchased product for another?
Yes! Exchange is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order. The product must not show signs of use, and intact packaging and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be attached to the shipment. Please include the following information with the returned shipment:

The ring is beautiful, and the size turned out to be too small?
No problem! We will adjust the size of your ring free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After the period indicated above from the date of purchase, a size change is possible for an individual fee. In each case, the Customer bears the shipping costs to and from the jewellery workshop.
